Our menu is updated on our website every month. Our classics will be the same but we have weekly specials.
Not for a few months. We are going to ensure we get the restaurant running smoothly before we take on food truck events. Once we feel comfortable in that space, we may begin taking food truck events again. We do cater though! Email us for pricing and options.
Maybe?! The move from food truck to restaurant comes seven years after the food truck opened its window. We were often told that people didn't know where to find us or that they couldn't "catch us". We want everyone to have a bite of the food we're slingin'! That said, our food truck process was dialed in. We could usually get food in your hands in less than a minute. There will definitely be a learning curve to opening a physical space but we plan to uphold our food truck mentality. This means that we will make everything fresh - and with local products - as much as possible. If we run out of a dish that day, it's because we made it that morning and got slammed with a lunch rush. Our staff will work front of house and back of house - each person doing what needs to be done to make it all work.
We’re a small business with a sustainable mindset. We have a small team making everything fresh daily, sourcing as locally as possible for our product. We don't freeze food to serve it again the next week! We don't want to throw out food either! This attention to detail and focus on quality product means we might run out of a dish on a particular day. Sometimes, demand can also be higher than expected - especially for our weekly specials - which can cause us to sell out of a particular item. We never know how new things are going to sell. If you see something you love that’s sold out, try something new and come back again tomorrow.
Come eat! Share the news! Send us your advice or suggestions. Give a gift card to a friend. Buy a t-shirt or a sticker. Send us people you know looking for a job. As a small business, we will not make it without your help. This community has always been supportive and we're happy to be here.
