When will you be open?

Once open, we will follow these hours:

What is on the menu?

All of the classics, of course. New items will be slowly rolled out over time but we will start with what we know how to do best. We want our visitors to have the best experience possible - this means making sure the kitchen is on point before we introduce new dishes. We will also have various specials - Samosa Pot Pie Thursdays, Take and Bake Mondays - all in due time. Our menu will include new items quarterly once ready for that change!

Will the food truck still be running?

Not for a few months. We are going to ensure we get the restaurant running smoothly before we take on food truck events. Once we feel comfortable in that space, we will begin taking food truck events again.

Are you ready for this?

Maybe?! This move comes seven years after the food truck opened its window. We were often told that people didn't know where to find us or that they couldn't "catch us". We want everyone to have a bite of the food we're slingin'! That said, our food truck process was dialed in. We could usually get food in your hands in less than a minute. There will definitely be a learning curve to opening a physical space but we plan to uphold our food truck mentality. This means that we will make everything fresh - and with local products - as much as possible. If we run out of a dish that day, it's because we made it that morning and got slammed with a lunch rush. Our staff will work front of house and back of house - each person doing what needs to be done to make it all work.
